Rear Delt & Upper Back Tips: Face Pulls Sierra: Great timing. I'm just looking for something new for rear delts. I did this but not the same way you showing here so I'll give it another go: )
A question: when do you do your cardio pre or post your workout? And what kind of cardio do you do?
I used to do mine outside and way after my weightlifting session like 4-5 hrs after. Now am in a position where I have no choice but to do it in the gym: -I
Thx in advance: )

How about an Incline Special? Incline Bench Press, Incline Dumbell Bench, Incline Hammer Strength, Incline Dumbell Flys.
I've been working my upper chest like crazy, but still haven't gotten into the right groove of the movements. Thus the development is still pretty weak. Every time I try to work my upper chest I get different results from the same exercises. It's frustrating.

One should keep the upper arms externally rotated when performing face pulls.
Why? Because keeping the upper arms internally rotated and letting the elbows go above shoulder height (as you do) impinges the supraspinatus tendon, it also decreases the range of motion and trains the external rotators (infraspinatus and teres minor) to a much lesser degree.

Bri what is your take on training for maximum fibre destruction? I'm just coming out of a powerlifting phase and so need some tips on dat der growth! Arnold recommends 4 sets of 8 for the main lift but what else? I currently do a 4x8 of my main lift, a 4x10 of my secondary and then a 3x12 of my tertiary (if I have one). is that a good volume for growth?

I love face pulls for a warm up. Great stretch, and good contraction, perfect for shoulder health and mobility. In terms of shoulder exercises in general, elbows, elbows are so important, very similarly to back. IF your elbows are in the right positions then the contraction is amazing!

Can you show some triceps exercises besides pushdowns. For example why I do or try to do a cable tricep extension (the one behind your head) it feels really weird and I can't really get this mind-muscle connection.

I don't know if you've already done this video but one on training biceps properly would be good! I can't ever seem to get a pump with them I think a lot of people have this issue

I always wondering why it was a little hard for me to find balance doing these in the beginning, it's because I wasn't using a staggered stance! Thanks for this video: )
