Vegan Grocery Haul for Competition Prep / Losing Fat Kai: I had a lot of respect for you throughout all your videos UNTIL you said non-GMO. Be smart, educate yourself on why organic & non-GMO products are not what people think they are.
GMO = less pesticides, less herbicides, less insecticides, better for farmers, less water necessary, drought resistant, disease resistant, better for 3rd world agriculture, high nutritional values and has not had ANY proven side effects of any sort in any study at all. Non-GMO = higher pesticides, higher insecticides, higher herbicides, more fertilizer, more water, drought prone, disease prone, etc. you get the picture.

Dude, you could save so much with dry beans during your bulk. If you get a slow cooker or pressure cooker, with how you eat you could probably cook a whole bag or lb a week and eat it. Keep in mind 1 cup dry beans you get like 2. 5 (roughly) when cooked so you should get at least 5--7 cups of beans for the same price and as can.
Even making your own refried beans in bulk. You might not even have to freeze any since your looking for so much cal/protein.

I have been following obese to beast for about a year already, and I came across your Instagram and was so excited to see that you're vegan! It's very difficult finding healthy meals sometimes, but I've been binge watching your videos and I love them! So excited for more grocery hauls, I'm going this weekend so I've already got some ideas from you. Thanks!

You've really helped me out so much with my face. I actually cut out dairy a couple of months back, and it took a while for it to start working, but now I'm almost completely clear. Even when I do eat a little cheese every now and then, I don't break out that bad anymore. Thanks agian!

Costco sells frozen organic edamame. You should try it. Think you'd like it. Good marcos, tastey, and deff a bro food' since it fully cooked and only needs to be zap for a few min. Throw some seasoning on it and it good to go. Mmmmmm Great snacking type food.

Brian, how do you determine what you buy to fit your macros? Do you go with a plan after you plan out your meals for the week or do you just buy what you want and assemble it as you go during the week?

I think that if I can find gardein in P. R and like it I will turn fully vegan because I eat vegan mostly but sometimes I just can't, even if it makes me feel guilty later.
