This past week I was in London with a ton of my friends and before we all left I wanted to sit down and have a talk with Maddie Lymburner about some of the questions I get most often from female viewers. She's got a lot of experience in the vegan and fitness world so I knew this would be really helpful for anyone who's vegan already or is looking into it but has these questions in their mind. If you enjoyed it make sure to give this a thumbs up, leave a comment below and subscribe if you haven't already! Alena: My husband made me go vegan he said he cant marry someone that's not vegan so after being together 6 years he just woke up and decided that lol. I'm glad we did. 9 months strong

I was having a discussion with a woman who has a you tube chanels, who was vegan and was losing her hair and low iron anemic after being vegan for three years. She was telling women not to go vegan because it will kill you after 2 years and you will become anemic. So she is now anti vegan. It sounds to me like she wasn't getting enough nutrition and calories I asked her what she ate as a vegan but she didnt reply. She now eats liver and animal products and claims she is much better and her teeth are white again, funny thing is liver only contains 10mg of calcium to 200 mg of calcium found in almonds, I thought strong bones needed vitamin D and calcium so it doesnt make sense. what is your veiws on this?

Hey i love your videos man. Cut out dairy and started trying to eat healthier the past week and i noticed a great difference! I was hoping you could make a video on buffing up for skinny people. Im a HS senior and im pretty skinny and around 6 feet tall. I have such a fast metabolism and i fill up very easily. Not to mention im a super picky eater. No amount of food or anything like that has made me notice a change in my body/weight (besides acne and stamina. I dont work out but i want to buff up. Any tips on where to start? Im too lazy to commit to a gym just yet

On the topic of iron, I was anemic (not alarmingly though) for about a decade as a lacto-ovo-vegetarian. About a year after transitioning to veganism my hemoglobin was perfect. I guess the reasons in my case was that I used to eat a lot of dairy (wich inhibits the uptake of iron) and that I now eat a lot more legumes (wich contain more iron than most mock-meat and dairybased protein sources) and a lot more fruits and vegetables (wich contain a lot of vitamin C that boosts the iron uptake. (So many parentheses.

I've been vegan for a few years, in a 4 year relationship. He loved bk and taco bell, burgers 4x per day! He got to 420 lbs at his highest. 2 months ago he went vegan cold tofurkey, and I'm so proud of him! I never pushed him, even though it hurt me to see him eating that cancer filled crap. I'm so happy, and all I can say is have patience if your SO isn't vegan!

I used to over eat a lot when I first went vegan now it's been almost three years and I feel like on days where I'm busy (Going to school, work, etc) it's harder to get enough food in and when I do it's always way later in the day and I feel like I'm cramming three meals between 3-9 pm, but I'm slowly listening to my body and what time I should be eating.

I will never eat a Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream again. They're too political they came out with Resist ice cream. So I guess I should really thank them. I won't waste my money on that stuff anyway it's only like 40 a pint.

It's a shame that some are not starting on the right track and losing periods etc. but I'm glad people like you aren't afraid to give advice because that is what will help in the long-run.

I couldn't afford to change all my soaps and beauty products over in one, so as they ran out I just replaced them as normal but with vegan products
