MY THOUGHTS ON STEROIDS (Which Vegans Are On Them) 12XENN4: it is actually impossible to know if someone is taking steroids unless their transformation is very sudden and they pack on large amounts of muscle in very short time. lots of people will tell you that its easy to know by body acne, inflated guts, huge traps etc. but every individual is different and there are hundreds of factors governing what a specific steroid will do in an individuals body.
combined with the fact that there are thousands of compounds and the definition of steroids is getting blurred by the day (SARMS, its impossible to know.

Myostatin deficiency is a cop out, if they weren't jacked all their life before getting into lifting, then they don't have a myostatin deficiency.
Your friend has a body attainable naturally, dunno if he takes or not but there are naturals that look similar. He's pretty big, but not huge, his proportions seem to check out, and he isn't shredded while being that huge either. Your body is also attainable naturally.
. Other people though, are less convincing, and I think fake nattys absolutely need to be called out.

My cousin is also the type of person who just has to look at weights and already looks like he is training regularly. Ok, he was a swimmer for many years, but would still compete with many in the gym. I think everyone has such a friend in their area haha
I would never take steroids. have no positive thoughts about taking something like that. Greetings

DONT DO STEROIDS! Seriously Brian! Messing up with hormones is the last thing to advice to young people.
Like you say, you are around 30 y o, so you don't know yet how complicated things become during that decade and after.
Usually, counting from 30 y o, people pay what they did younger on their body.
So, playing with hormones is a super bad idea.

Logic is gone out the window. Not saying your friend is on steroids but your logic on why he's not is so dumb. Like saying my girlfriend didn't cheat on me and how do I know. Because she told me she didn't and she works long hours so there is no way she would have time to cheat

Everyone's body is different and we all have different history in terms of physical activity. On top of that, we all workout with different volume and intensity. Some take breaks while some don't.
Just be happy with where you've come from and keep going.

Nimai 100% is on steroids. I don't even care, but it's sad and pathetic that he openly claims natty. Just ignore the topic or dance around it. Lying about it to sell your lifestyle and products to people is very scummy.

Your thought of allowing people to do anything to themselves if they have socialized medical care is totally wrong. If steroids are above board and are taxed heavily to offset medical costs, then that's okay.

The steroid-induced acne flare would probably be horrible for someone with problem-prone skin. I'm 56 and still get an occasional breakout. I would never take PEDs for that reason alone.

I'm 57 and have (slightly) low testosterone, so I thought about it. But the hair loss side effect was most scary for me. So even for me, it would not be worth it.
