I think you looked better before the transformation (nohomo). You've took some proteins and i'm sure for that. But mate you have harm your health by using these proteins. I know they say that they are harmless but trust me. this isn't true. I'm 16 years old and some of my friends at school took proteins. And the bad news is that more and more guy's at my age are beginning to use this substances. Get me right i'm just giving you a hint. Sorry for my bad English. Have a great day

my issue with his progress is that he started lifting in june 2012 (i counted the time back from his 18 month transformation video, and for two years only managed to get 230 lbs bench, 315 squat and 365 deadlift yet only around a year later when he had his second mock meet video he hit 315 bench, 405 squat and 545 deadlift, whilst still being pretty lean at around 190 lbs. he either improved his training/diet significantly after this video was uploaded or he started taking PEDs.

When you first started working out did you do a lot of reading and research first to know what you were doing or did you know someone that taught you how to do it or did you just jump in and learn by trial and error?

Anyone know what weight he started using a belt at? I noticed his midsection never grew despite lifting insane amounts. I want dat dere v taper

we weren't allowed to train like this in our gym in the netherlands as a 16/17 year old. This is so bad for a body if it still needs to grow.
