(PLEASE HELP) Guys, when you hit a certain number for a lift during a workout and come in 2 days later, how much more weight should you be adding? e. g.: Im running Jason blahas 5x5, and say on a Monday I come in and hit 150 lbs for 5x5 on squats, I rest on Tuesday and come in fully recovered to hit hypertrophy on Wednesday. but what is the number I should be hitting. 155?

Ok i have a question, how the fk david has all these songs in his vids? doesnt he get copyrighted? how exactly that works for him? cause from what ive searched unless its ur music then you can only use the crap available music on some sites or declared allowed commercial use music. (and yes thats not any of the known good songs)

Am i the only one starting to wonder if all those guys are gay? Like imagine all the ladies they could get as famous fitness youtubers, but i've never seen any of them with a women. And they seem like they're more in love with eachothers bodies than anything. Or do they just do a really good job at keeping women out of the vlogs?
