2 car is the norm here, then 3 farther out and 5 in the pricey areas. This is a really cool space. If I had a 3 or 5 I would section off the gym with framing and drywall to really define the area.

Man I wish I had a garage that size. I have a lot of equipment in my one car garage and it is kind of cluttered. A garage that big would suit me perfect.
