And btw just finished my meal I ate this and that it was this amount of callories. and stuff like that. About your vlogs - just do what you want and don't think what actually better. Mix things up if you can, make something like good old vlogs about you training and if there is an opportunity - put some fancy shots and montages. But don't get stuck with this idea What should I film today. Just go with the flow, we are happy to see any content from you

i dont know if i represent your average's viewers opinion but i think you should just upload whatever you want. if you love what you do than it will definitely reflect in the quality of your content ( which it does in your case: ) ) i think an artist should just do whatever he enjoys the most and his followers should embrace that. keep up the great work

lol the guy at 1: 11 why do all these noobs ask these questions that don't even make sense. just because david trains 6 times a week and is in the gym for 3 hours doesnt mean that's optimal for you haha, especially as a beginner this would probably be way to much. i'm surprised he didn't ask what the best foods for bulking are haha

Gymshark ruined David and his videos. Ruined his upload schedule, he's always forced to cut for shoots therefore killing his strength. Watched one of his old videos where he said he wanted to start his own brand and run it on his terms. Wish that was the case. Still love whatever he posts

David, I like the raw footage but also I enjoyed your amazing edits because I haven't seen much YouTubers focus on their edits. Your edits are awesome and extremely motivational. Not pleasing just for the eyes but for my future, makes me inspired to go out and do shit.

Personally I love the fancy edits. It doesnt change the content in any negative way it just makes it more enjoyable to watch. But I understand that you have to adapt to what the majority of viewers want. Just keep being yourself and the content will always be great.

Love the raw footage, the personality behind the brilliance (editing, lifting, programming, magic, etc) is equally as compelling, if not more, than all the smoke and mirrors so don't ever feel tied to one format. You're an Aquarius, you've got the map

Mate I watched this entire video and I am just so impressed. It is so amazing to see how nice you were to everyone and how respectful you were; there is not enough of this in the 'fitness' industry and it's so refreshing to see
