AKA: Eating those animal products isnt as good for you as you think. Plants have EVERYTHING you can get from animals- where do you think the animals get it from? Shortly put, I (for your sake) recommend looking into becoming vegan (plant based) A LOT of the world today is full of lies, and animal products being healthy for you is one of them. There is a scale at my gym that supposedly measures bodyfat. You set the scale to either normal or athletic body type. Setting the scale at normal, it showed 25% body fat. Then, setting the scale at athletic, it showed 12% body fat. Obviously the scale in my gym is a scam. But it looks like the one David is displaying is legit.

Quick tip with the bow. Dont think of pulling your head back and the bow down to see how your arrow hit. Drop the bow and raise your head to see how you hit the target once you see the arrow make contact as well as hearing it hit the contact.

I wonder how many weirdos you just made their day with by showing your feet. I know this from sad experience when I changed shoes at a store and some dude asked me to take off my socks. Im not as generous as you David, I ran for it.

Whats your waist size? I want to start working out but I want to stay around 29-30 waist size. Just bought a bunch of clothes for my office job and Im not trying to get new pants. Im 22

David, I use a 60 lb bow too - I would recommend using blugeon tips so your arrows dont get buried or stuck into targets, also it makes a loud noise when you hit something

Yo David I have a question about the DUP program. If I hit a new 1RM PR on any of the main lifts do i update it or do I wait till the 9 weeks are over reset them?

Your bodyfat is far away from 16%. It's obviously not 5% etc, but it's definitely around 8-12% At least the moment you take majority of your photos.
