Stressing over whether to buy organic bone broth or regular doesnt matter - you couldnt be more wrong. Non-organic animal products contain powerful steroid hormones that can disrupt your human hormones, along with antibiotics that can kill off your gut bacteria. Thats a fact. Non-organic chicken bone broth can also contain toxic metals like lead and mercury. Thats reality unfortunately. If you care about your health, animal health and welfare, or the health of the planet, it REALLY does matter whether you choose organic or not. The only reason not to buy organic is if you cant afford it. The more those of us who can afford it demand organic, the better organic farmers do, and over time, their extra costs come down, and the better the food production industry gets.

I've been fasting for maybe 2 months now and went from 200pds to 177pds which doesn't sound like a lot but when I started losing weight I was 265pds and lost a cool 65pds by not eating takeout food and working out. At first I'd only workout once every 2 or 3 days, just 20pd dumbbells for bicep and tricep and pushups and maybe once a month I would do squats (terrible I know. I hit a stump at 200pds and wasnt able to pass 195 on my best morning, and now I'm 177pds.
I measure 6'0, my currently PR for Bench Press is 230 but I did 200pds 5reps 5sets 4 days ago; and I don't have a workout partner or a spotter.

Thanks for the video! What I most wanted was someone who could tell what NORMAL food that any mortal on planet earth has at home that I could eat to break my fast. European supermarkets do not sell bone broth, neither I will cook that on purpose just because of the fast, I do not eat avocados because of sustainability reasons. I am super happy with my bowl of yoghurt, chia, fresh nuts and fruit but always doubted if I was doing it right.

Eat steamed veggies, lean protein, bone broth - things that are super easy to digest as the pre-meal to breaking a LT fast. Your stomach is not prepared to digest hard things for lack of a better term. Nuts and cheese? No. Heavy fat-laden meats/steaks/65% hamburger, etc? -- No. Eat 'light' things first and then an hour to two hours later have your normal KETO healthy meal.

What about braking it with just a steamed chicken breast or plain protein shake no fat no carbs in it? I ask because protein seems to be the best choice for my stomach. I could have an accidental binge the night before and the morning after have a flat stomach. No bloating and no issues in the toilet either. Idk Im winging this.

Love how ppl say this is bad advice. Clearly they didn't listen to the part when its ok for short fasting like 16hrs oppose to fasting that last for days. This has worked for me nor I have not had the runs when breaking my I. F that is 16 or 18hrs. Cheers to the rest of of you and stay strong on your fasting

1 year of fasting got me more benefits. skipping and fasting are the two best friends who help me to loss almost 17 kg in 6 months. Maintain fasting over a year is little difficult. set an cheat day per week and njoy your fasting. All the best

Id brake it with just plain protein. Like a steamed chicken breast or even a protein shake with no carbs or fat. Protein seems to be so easy for my tummy. Im a carnivore lol but IDK I just feel good after proteins.

Thank you so much, I nearly bailed on keto today because of the videos I've watched, thought it was way too much trouble, measuring ketones, etc. You made so much sense and now I have renewed faith in IF with keto.

I wouldn't trust anyone with zero credibility or credentials, do your own research. Its your body, its complicated. Veggies are rough and hurt your stomach lining since its sensitive after fasting. So go figure.
