About 8 parts water to one part unfiltered raw organic apple cider vinegar and drink 8 to 12 oz per hour or as needed.
This reduces my muscle soreness by a solid 75%.
Go from stiff as a board Frankenstein sore to. eh, not so bad.
Works for me. if ya give it a go please leave a comment reply to mine and let me know how it goes.
Btw, if you dilute the vinegar too much you will not get benefits. FYI

8: 22 I can attest to the stay active portion. After football I would normally feel a bit stiff in the joints and muscles after I drive home. If I do some shopping immediately after, that is, walking around in shops. I definitely feel less stiffness and soreness when I get back. It is why the pros warm down after a game.

Melatonin supplements are actually bad for people esspecially in young boys and men, it is lab created. Our brain produces enough melatonin, so our bodies don't need more. If people have trouble with sleep, then they need help for that in other ways. but melatonin is not a good idea. There is research to prove this is fact.

To point to several studies for validity in which the subject only did bicep curls is a very poor example. The bicep is one of numerous muscles in the body. They recover and react differently then all other muscles. Studies should be far bigger and more in depth to be cited as a valid source.

hi, I don't have a gym that near me, like I need to walk at least 45 min walk to get there. w
I wanna ask what I can do at home at my rear delts and back

I think the first lesson contradicts the study related to the Omega 3. The reduced soreness can be attributed to the group doing the same exact exercise.
