Stop focusing on single isolated muscle exercises!
Your body is a system that is all interconnected. Grow one area, you ll grow in others too. If your overall body composition is lacking muscle, focus on compound lifts targeting multiple muscle groups.
Only more advanced lifters trying to bring up lagging areas should do isolation training.

One thing that should have been mentioned in the video is that in order to get bigger arms, you should also train your brachialis and forearms, which should be included in your arms workout with up to four sets for each of these muscles.

The only problem I have is preventing my arms from getting stiff after my post work outs, I love the pain feeling, but the stiff arms is a gigantic no no for me. I just want to know how to prevent that or fix it?

I've been doing something similar to this with the previous biceps/triceps videos you've done and while not perfectly consistent with my schedule I've seen some great results compared to previously.

I'm a dude who workouts 6 days a week and I've always wondered if swallowing another dude's protein shake has benefits. Is that good source of protein? If so, imma suck up every drop.

Solid advice. I already do a similar workout and it definitely works. Especially supersets + increasing the weight with less reps, then working your way back up to 10 reps.
