No matter how hard you train, if your diet is poor you probably won't make any significant progress. You can't outtrain a bad diet and I can't emphasize this enough. If you struggle to create a good diet plan for yourself, there are many apps/sites that could do the job and are probably a lot cheaper than hiring a personal trainer. Next Level Diet is one of my top picks (used it personally, but there are many more Good luck guys!

I love how this is meant for noobs and he's all like get two heavy dumbbells and kick them up to your shoulders lol. I use 20 pounders. Gonna kick those suckers through the roof! I mostly do landmine presses because I have mobility and impingement issues that make heavy overhead pressing a bad idea

Brother! You should share a Chest-Back / Legs / Shoulder-Arms workout program. I tried it actually and it didnt make me feel so pumped and i felt like worked out more than regular. Im confused about it.

The ONLY shoulder exercises you need? You gave an exhaustive list of every shoulder exercise. It should have been just a press, a lateral raise, and bent over raise and then a shrug and then done.

Don't rotate your arms completely out if, like many many ppl, you have rotator cuff issues. Keep your arms at a 30 degree angle from being completely out. For the seated dumbbell OHP

Doing side raises leaning doesn't work well with the strength curve. You're better off laying flat on the ground or on a incline bench when doing side delt raises.

plz remember the extension/ negative half of each repetition also consider isolation of each of the anterior, medial, & posterior heads; to exhaustion.

What about the Viking press, I love this as you can lift heavy, I seem to get stronger but not necessarily bigger shoulders
