Does the APP take into consideration complete protein sources? I have found other apps think I eat 600g of protein a day, because it's adding from everything I eat, even if it isnt a complete protein source. Just because PB has proteins in it, doesnt make it COMPLETE, so it shouldn't count for muscle gain. If the app knew what amino's were in EVERY food and calculated complete based on that, that would be amazing, but also seems like a HUGE ask. So just a nutrition app that doesnt count incomplete sources would be the best.

My preworkout meal is a smoothie with: 250ml almond milk, 1 banana, 2 x kiwi, 1 avocado, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, scoop of whey protein, a dab of honey and its all thrown in the blender. (Some times I add a tablespoon of coconut oil too for the extra calories when bulking. And i always try to eat that an hour or at least 40 minutes before the workout.

I swear by Intermittent Fasting as a viable method for weight control. I've been doing it along with your Body Recomp guide and has been working great! However, if I choose to workout during fasting and I'm not allowed to eat for the next few hours (since I'm in my fasting window, how should I address that? Thnx Jeff. Great vid btw

One problem. I you haven't eaten for more than 12 hours and you take a whey shake and a banana before a workout, wouldn't the insulin surge cause dizziness?
I can personally confirm this. I break my fast with pre-workout meal which is just a whey shake and an apple but it has to be coupled with a lot of coffee.

If you train fasted you do not eat or drink anything apart from water or black coffee until brake your fast. I fast for 72 hours quite regularly training twice a day I used to add Apple cider vinegar no need now I have been fasting for years you are wrong to advise fruit an a shake as this will break your fast!

Very interesting. I started back IF and been running and doing a ton of push-ups fasted (current not a gym member. But I notice my runs that are in the event, post fast are better overall. I know some people swear by fasted cardio but my performance takes a huge hit.

Yeayea. A little of this and this special spice because yada yada. So complicated. It doesnt matter dude. Repeat with me, it does not matter. And even if it did it would be such a miniscule amount that its not even worth your time

I got 76. 76% it is not perfect but I have been into working out for 2 months now and following your program for 5. 5 weeks and my deadlift saw the most improvement, I added 55 lbs to it so from 130- 185 (bodyweight)

Jeff Nippard - I workout starting at 5: 45am daily, I don't eat before I go. My last meal is dinner the night before (approx 10-12 hours prior to training) I've been doing this for years, am I handicapping myself? Thanks!
