DOWNLOAD MY NECK BUILDING PROGRAM Need a NECK MODEL? Contact Patty Lifts ADAPT ONE: my neck is 16. Never trained it. Going to start doing 3x20 (BW) neck curls every other day, or at least 3x per week, then do 3x25 for a week, then add 5 lbs and do 3x 15, then 5 lbs x 3x20, then 5 lbs x 3x25, then add 5 lbs and do 10 lbs x 3 x 15, etc. Its your neck. No need to ego lift, its basically a completely untrained muscle group. Same with any other untrained muscle group. You can still get newb gains sort of in these untrained areas.

When I was in wrestling in high school we would do neck bridges(Basically getting on a tripod of just your two feet and forehead, then rotate 180 degrees so its just two feet and the crown of your head) to build muscle in our neck. I came out of wrestling with a 17 inch neck weighing in at 175 pounds.

I also started at 13. 5 and Im 6 feet tall Every time I got a arm pump I would look/feel weird when i see myself. 16. 5 arms my neck is at 15 coukd of rrached my goal but was lazy to count calories its true the arm calves and neck should all match up and eat a mass gaining diet

There was a neck machine in my high school weight room back in the day. I broke my arm at one point and ended up doing that thing all the time. I can't remember what the machine was called but I haven't seen it anywhere else since then.

Thought this was going to be a trolling video but then it turned out to be one of the more interesting bodybuilding YT videos I've seen in quite some time. It'll be very interesting to see how this little experiment goes for you.

I already find it difficult to close my shirt's collar button and if I if I have neck hypertrophy then I'll have to say goodbye to the idea of closing my collar ever again.

Tuth be told. The neck is inherited. Genetics mostly. Yes u can build it up if small necks run in Your family but like most muscles it's genetic. Unless You take gear.

What is the best rep range for neck workout? How many times in a week should i train? Which group should i train with (example back and neck or shoulder traps and neck?
