My NEW Sponsorship High Volume Hamstrings Training Szotak Andrei: We discussed it on Fb (We as in Greg, Mike and a bunch of other guys. when it came out. Yeah, brilliant, one guy pretty much constantly had his muscles under a small amount of tension for 10 years straight and grew up to a point. I think it was Ian Mccarthy who shared it and made some pretty far fetched comments like progressive overload is not critical for muscle growth or something like that. Meh. You can't overload it and it only works up to a certain point (he did stop growing, after all. So yeah, whatever. I'll just leave this comment from one of Alex Viada's recent posts: You don't have to lift big weights or squat to get big. Uttered only by those who have never been in any danger of getting big.

Hope you guys like the video Not too much informative here except the one study on myotonia congenita (link to the study in description. I know I didn't comment much on application; mostly because I didn't read it in full. But I think that the conclusions can potentially provide us with some clues about the (perhaps exaggerated) role of external resistance in hypertrophy and what is driving hypertrophy within the muscle. I have a calf training science video coming next (I think ) Peace

Since I don't have a seated or standing leg curl machine at my gym, I switched from the regular laying leg curls to gironda leg curls, where you raise your upper body from the pad a bit, so you end up being in a straight line, instead of the regular /\ shape. Awesome contraction, different feel than my regular leg curls, I can already feel I will be super sore the next couple of days. Do you ever do those?

I really like the rise clothing, I don't see any discount in the description. If there was one where you got money and we saved money (the typical sponsorships for clothing) I would totally buy some stuff to supportYou. I'll keep looking on your future videos to see if ones ever added. Have a good day

Clothes look great. Also the music is definitely on point, especially the last song I appreciate the lack of oompty doompty that other YouTubers keep putting over their videos Also intrigued by the grits, we don't have that in Denmark. I guess I'm stuck with oatmeal.

Why don't you do squats and/or deadlifts? And why do you train each bodypart only one time per week when the reaserch clearly shows training every bodypart 2 or perhaps even more times per week is much more beneficial for hypertrophy. Just curious. Great vid

1) Congrats on the sponsorship2) Good to see BB's who really know science, you being the premiere scholarly one. 3) Very impressive physique, phenomenal for a natty4) Rhetorical question: How is it that BB's these days are so rich? I mean look at this crib

please correct me if I'm wrong but isn't both the leg press and the reverse hacklift more of a quad focus rather than ham? the reverse hacklift especially seeing as how it kind of emulates a front squat or am I completely off?
