For further extensor bulk you can hold your arm out and bend your hand up and using grip strengthners on a light setting you can really stretch and strengthen your flexors. also do it with your hand down to stretch and strengthen your extensors. but dont have a heavy setting on the grip strenghener as you may tear a ligament on a harder setting ONLY stick to light at high reps to avoid injury.

Jeremy, I love your videos and find them super helpful. However, it's hard for me to stay focused when I listen because I find the way you talk a bit monotonous. Perhaps it's just me but maybe you would like to give it a try and vary your voice just a bit more, please? Oh, and big congrats for your degree! Kinda late written in 2020, but still: )

Interesting that in Athlean's forearm video he explicitly said not to do behind-the-back standing wrist curls and SPECIFICALLY not to let the bar drop so far (distal) into your fingers, yet you purposefully do so in this video. He cited that this can cause elbow pain, but honestly I have no idea if he's right. Thoughts, anybody?

Could you please do a video on building strength for bouldering/rock climbing? My limited understanding is that general forearm strength and the specific finger strength needed for climbing are not quite the same thing, so a science-based video on that would be amazing!

I watched this video 3 years ago, and I continued this regimen since then. I used to feel insecure about my forearms because I had high insertions. My forearms actually look amazing now, and Im content with their size. This video is legit. Thank you Jeremey.

The best workout training for forearms? Just watch the armwrestling training videos. They are the pro.
I came here just to understand the anatomy of the forearms though.

There are sooo many more forearm workouts and nobodies talking about them. To help prevent tendinitis, you MUST incorporate forearm workouts into your sets

If you're gunna give advice on getting bigger, stronger forearms, you should prolly have big strong forearms yourself. Sorry, not sorry.

is it necessary to train pronation and supination or are those muscles basically hit by flexion? As I understand, there is some overlap?

3: 59 that's not a brachio-radialis. That is the extensor carpi radialis longus. Brachio-radialis doesn't go behind your elbow.
