I have S curve scoliosis, which developed in my early teens. Didn't bother me for decades, but now in my early 60s, my scoliosis has caught up with and primarily causes me terrific pain in my lower back and my hips. As I am, truly, structurally a mess will these exercises help me? I'm in constant pain. despite frequent epidurals in my herniated L4/L5 and L5/S1 vertebrae. Thank you!

jeremy ethier, hello sir I am a big fan of you. your videos are the source of my workout. but I am facing the problem with my right side back. Its related to SI-joint. I have tried lot of exercises, Physiotherapy and many but nothing is working. I am suffering from last 8 months. Please help to get rid of this SI joint pain. Hope you will find find this comment.

The guy reminds me a lot of Athlean-X, I even recognize some of the exercises from Jeff Cavalliere. But on Athlean-X there is no video about this so I very much appreciate this one! Love the strengthening approach!

7: 02 anyone knows why we should do this exercise on both sides? I lack my strength only for my right glutes medius, so doesn't it mean it's okay to do this exercise only for my right side?

This is so good. I would love an addendum for people who already have SI joint dysfunction/pain. I assume the single leg exercises (hip drop, hip airplanes, etc) would be off limits?

Will this also work if your left shoulder is also rotated forward? Ive been told thats normal but I dont want to make anything worse.
