What Happens After Taking Steroids For 30 Days (CONTROVERSIAL)

This video is for educational purposes only. What would happen if I took steroids for 30 Days I’m a lifetime natty, but nowadays it seems like so many athletes, actors, and even social media influencers are hopping on steroids. It got me thinking, how serious are steroids side effects Could I actually use them safely I wanted to speak to people with first-hand experience. First, I reached out to a bodybuilding veteran to show me the ropes on testosterone. Click below for a step by step plan training plan that reveals all the best exercises you should do for each and every muscle group: Click below to subscribe for more videos: Jaws is one of the world’s top bodybuilders, finishing in the Top 25 as a Mr. Olympia Competitor. Jaws won his first competition as a natural back in 2014. But when he started competing on stage against enhanced bodybuilders, the decision to take steroids was essentially a must if he wanted to keep advancing. Here’s how day 1 of steroids went for him. I definitely felt a difference in energy, more like I'm ready to f shit up type of thing. And that's why I was so excited to go to the gym all the time, constantly thinking about progression and getting stronger and getting bigger. Clement, a 26-year-old ex-steroid user, who had a similar experience. Yeah, the placebo kicked in right away. I thought I was the biggest dude in the world the next day, I swear. Testosterone doesn’t just affect your muscles. It can also impact your mood, energy levels, confidence, libido even your appetite. Jaws: You’re just burning through everything you eat. Like, I would have a cheat meal every day and maintain six pack abs. At this point, I’m thinking: More energy, more motivation, and looking better after cheat meals! Where can I sign up Then, they shared their experience of how taking steroids for the initial 30 days affected them in the gym. Clement: As we progressed into the cycle, that's when I just threw weights that I didn't know I could throw. Jaws: Once the fourth week hit, all of a sudden, it was like I hit NOS when I was driving a car or something. My strength just skyrocketed. As for actual muscle growth, natural lifters can gain anywhere from 20-40 lbs of muscle in their lifetime. But, for guys on gear, it goes up to a whopping 45-120 lbs. Tempting, but if I was about to throw my Natty card away for life, I needed to know more. Luckily for me, there was no better person than steroids coach and educator, John Jewett of J3 University. John: A lot of the guys are worried about short-term side effects, right You're going to worry about your hair or testis shrinkage or acne. But the true dangers that I would be worried about are the long-term effects of steroid use, which are absolutely very much pertinent even in short-term use. Talking to John, he explained that even if you’re careful to do everything right, there’s still a chance you won't see the results you’re hoping for. And the reality is the side effects can become life threatening. For example, organ enlargement and failure. I realized something important. For guys like Jaws, using steroids isn’t about looking good on the beach. Bodybuilding is his passion. And in his world, the line between a winning physique and long-term health issues is incredibly thin. It was inspiring for me to see what he, and many others in the sport, are willing to risk in pursuit of their dreams. But they’re not for everyone. As a natty, building more muscle sometimes feels painfully slow. But it still comes with its own set of rewards. So am I going to take the jump and start using steroids No. For starters, my Filipino doctor mom would absolutely kill me if I did. And even though I could probably see more improvement from 30 or 90 days of taking steroids than I could in my next year or two of training as a natural, the progress would come with way too many risks that I’m not willing to take. You can achieve a lot with good food and knowledge! However, do not to compete with enhanced guys. Respect their choices and focus on your own path.
Over time, you'll realize that while you have a consistent identity and know who you are, those who use enhancements are _seasonal beings_ who thrive only at specific times.
Leave them living their choices, and be grateful for your health and embrace who you are through hard work (which is also smart work, honesty, and balance.
I've had amusing experiences at the gym. Despite only taking basic supplements like multivitamins and omega-3, when I switched gyms, adter training a while, enhanced athletes would approach me and ask, What do you take! Of course, my response about relying on food alone doesn't sound honest to them, but it is what it is.
A long-term commitment to a healthy lifestyle, consistent training, heavy lifting, adequate rest, minimal alcohol consumption, and no smoking won't make you a bodybuilding champion, but it will be, FOR SURE, enough for you.

That is a very cool idea I can't wait, obviously we are expecting the enhanced to do better, but how much better on a person Vs person basis, and trained by two coaches this is awesome, maybe involve a video in the video of you two and your strategies for their process and programming to see how mind frame is different knowing your person is natural and his is enhanced to see how it differs.
Another thing I'm surprised no one spoke about, was that muscles grow bigger and stronger faster than tendons and joints which can literally have crippling effects long term, Ronnie as example or the numerous pec tears that happen, bicep tendons snapping etc
Can't wait

I took prednisone, which is a type of steroid typically prescribed by doctors, for about a week due to a foot issue, and I hated what it did to my body. The side effects were unpleasant, and it made me feel uncomfortable. I can't even imagine the impact that using anabolic steroids would have on someone over a long period. The health risks and potential for severe side effects must be incredibly high. Using steroids like that seems really dangerous and not worth the potential damage to your body and mind.

I took a T test two years ago after having a lot of fatigue, it was 362. I was obese. I didn't eat fast food/ restaurant food for a whole year, ate super healthy, walked 10k a day and and worked out infrequently, a year later it was 833. I struggled to put on muscle the several years before hand and it was probably due to the low T. thanks for the all info Jeremy love your videos!

There is a lot of room and need for a conversation about sports.
What is a sport
Why would you practice a sport
How do sports contribute/relate to health and happiness
What is lifelong health
Is bodybuilding a sport!
What is the difference between fitness, sports for a healthy life and pleasant aesthetics, and bodybuilding/cross-fit, and other competitions

I'm a natural lifter. Over 30. Been lifting all my life. And I just had a surge where I gained 10 pounds of muscle in one year. I am now at 210 Pounds at 5'10, at anout 8-9 & body fat. And the most muscular I have ever been. The Long Journey is satisfying. The Sense of achievement from the hard work. Being healthy and not having to worry about side effects from taking PEDS.

I am 100% natural and I put 17lbs of muscle on in my first year and I'm 38. I just think most people are lazy and don't want to work for it. I had a year off of construction and I didn't want to just sit around. I'm 6' and I went from 170 to 187 and it'll be a year in August. I have the whole summer ahead of me too. Work harder guys!

Hey Jeremy! Loved your video. And I love your research based approach to learning new concepts.
I would love it if you can make a future video about ways to naturally boost your testosterone(especially when you're older. I've heard about some things like short but fast sprints, and some specific foods(more sceptical on this tho)

First 30 days are the best your childhood sweetheart and everything starts playing on your mind the hormones going through your body is like an orgasm 24/7 deadly serious the confidence and seeing your body change every single day is addicting and that was just a 250mg a week of test won't ever forget my first cycle

Being a trainer myself to me only makes sense functional bodybuilding and being healthy. Training in a way you get stronger and look great is the key. Pushing your body to the point you want PEDs is opposed to a healthy lifestyle. Competition bodybuilding could be espectacular to see but is utterly pointless.

I believe the risks outweigh the rewards, there some many drawbacks that are being overlooked why would you want to shorten your life span for temporary strength, when we have no idea when or why any of us will die, life isn't guaranteed, theirs no guarantee that any of us will reach even the age 80 years old

Way too much empasis on the increased level of testosterone within the body here. Think NOT of the testosterone levels but of the amount of androgen receptors when it comes to aas increased musle size. Another issue that is rarely discussed with the use of aas use is oxidative stress in the body.

One thing you didn't cover is abuse. A lot of the guys taking test to get that big take it at levels that are crazy. There are plenty of guys out there taking it purely for TRT purposes to keep them in the range of a normal human male because they can't naturally produce those levels anymore.

working out to be fit and healthy should always be the goal. Yes most men want more muscle and definition. i suppose how much more is a choice each individual has to make. This post was a great and honest look at those choices. i look forward to the upcoming series of vids on this subject.

Can influencers stop regurgitating the same useless study The study didn't mention muscle mass, it mentioned lean body mass or fat free mass. People severely overestimate how much of those people actually got significant amount of muscle vs just water weight and glycogen stores.

If i were you where i was slowing significantly down I wouldnt jump on it yet. I would look into Tadalafil (cialis) low dose daily 5-10 mg for a few months and see if you get results.
That may help you for another 2-3 years cycling it while still being able to claim natty.

The benefits of having high T are so significant and all encompassing for one's wellbeing that it makes chasing the perfect hormonal profile a worthy lifetime goal. You just feel good, do more, do better. I won't judge, but I would feel like a cheater if I did gear.

the absolute worst thing that could happen from only 30 days on is if you got ALL the bad side effects. Gyno, hair loss, etc. There are other superficial side effects, but those are the worst. Long term health risks are unlikely on a short cycle.
reply

To jeremy embrace the dark path. Have it documented and recorded. Like strength and muscle gains. Just a cycle and the juice you will be taking. How much. we would love to see. Built with science. From science to science.
