Everybody who knows anything about roids or SARMS took them at some time in their life or is taking them. That's reality people No hate just fcking tell the truth nobody cares and the smart ones know that even if you are enhanced you can look and be shit without the proper work and nutrition. I know a lot of guys on orals for over a year and still look the same or even worse. Do your own thing and don't compare to others or look for magic pills, have a proper mindset and work properly

Hi Matt. What would you recommend for muscle disproportion ( left-right side) specifically talking my right arm is like 30 proc bigger. ( don't laugh - wanking is not the reason: D ) I do resistance training for 1. 5 years and I have not been able to mitigate it. What I do is I am adding couple of sets for the left arm on top of unilateral exercises and occasionally train only left part of my body which mentally is hard to digest at times. Keep up your great job mate

Your arguments on full body being not effective is dodgy to say the least. Doing 1 or 2 exercises per body part is more than enough to grow maximal strength and muscle. There are high frequency full body programs out there ya know like bulgarian light type training. Doing push pull 4 times a week would mean doing your emtire body twice a week where as full body 3-7 times per week would mean training your entire body 3-7 a week. 2

seems that bulking lad thinks bulking involves eating as much saturated fats and sugars as he can to gain muscle, inspired by ignorance of youtubers doing earting challenges, but he does not realise u have to be at a physical state and metabolism to get away with such habits, he needs a calorie calculator and obtain the correct amount of carbs required for his daily routine and clean carbs too

There are lots of people in the industry I believe to be on some kind of PEDs, Matt I have never thought you to be. You can see it with your brother too, its upsetting to us normal folk with average genetics but I genuinely believe youre one of the genetic elite, the top 1% (having competed to a high level in athletics and powerlifting. Keep doing you Matt, youre an inspiration to the rest of us

i guess we will have to believe you, cause there's no point in not being honest right now, when a lot of other ppl are. there is a point though, bcs u have been claiming it for so long, and it would be reaaaaally hard for you to go back now, after claiming natty for so long. but idk, its never too late Matt, we will all still love you and its good progress even with steroids

Im 25 and have been bodybuilding / powerlifting since I was 18 before that I played water polo and swam competitively during my high school. never taken any sort of steroid and am almost, Alllllmost to where Matt is physique wise. Hes not lying. Totally possible and Ive had injuries in my back. Hardest part is just the maintenance and consistency

Hey, I hear that you have some pain in your bicep tendon. What can help is to try and grip the bars (and other stuff) with the middle of your hand(not even with the top of your palm. Try to really exaggerate it so that you do not pull with your fingers. This will releave the tension in your tendons in your arm. I hope that this will help you

This gezzer is never a natty all year round. I watched a video on him on a full day of eating and his diet is very poor to say the least. If he aint injecting he is defo doing orals. I wish people on here on here would stop lying to young lads but then again his mrs probably dont know he does it so he as to keep it under wraps
