That floor cement is called screed I think, had to install tv systems in a giant new build at battersea. and the flats I needed to go in often had that going on. The gyms looking nice though, my home gym is also my living room and bedroom! (Yay bedsits) much better than having to go to a actual gym though.

Turning out so sick and it s extra entertaining. One thing to note is cedar looks like ass quickly if you don t treat it. Hopefully they re able to seal and even UV clear the entire thing because water and sun = sadness.

I always keep thinking that I'll have a gym in my own house 'cause having to drive to gym will become the perfect excuse to avoid working out. And now seeing Matt building his own is a great motivation
