Matt, absolutely love this video however please redo this entire test because you made 4 huge mistakes.
#1. You aren't allowed to wear a belt while doing the deadlift (We know you can DL 340 easily.
#2. During the Hand Release Push Ups, your arms must fully extend outward. Please redo.
#3. You must drag the weights on grass or turf, on asphalt is a no-go (easy)
#4. You did them out of order,
It's 1. Deadlift, 2. Power Throw, 3. Hand Release Pushup, 4. Sprint drag Carry, 5. Leg tuck, 6. 2 mile run
Tyvm, a US Soldier.
I know you had to execute out of order for the video but please do again and fix these mistakes for our entertainment, thanks
