How long will I be out for? Ruptured Achilles Tendon recovery Dan's: This is the real difference between ACL injuries and standard muscular injuries, especially when your fitness is using your legs, hope you get better dude but stick with the expert advice when it comes to rehab, you absolutely can't risk a relapse injury as that will be so much worse

What s always astonishing to me is muscle memory. I went 6 months or so without lifting a couple years back and looked totally deflated. After a few weeks I looked almost the same as before I stopped lifting. You ll be back to feeling beastly before you know it!

You know the saying walk a mile in their shoes? what about a day in your shoe aka challenging friends to doing stuff but with only one foot for the full Matt experience.
Wishing you a speedy recovery. 4 weeks will fly by

good attitude= patience, the barbells are not important, walking around with your family is, the goal is not to reinjure, there should be no goal around squatting or deadlifts, that can wait

You will have an amzing recovery, dont worry!
Be patient, don't overdo anything. Its better to take time and suffer now then to risk something permanently
