I CAN'T DO THIS Full Day of Eating How to Water Cut Paul Venables: Due to you only needing to blitz 2kg with a water cut you may be fine. However, any issues and it will be your salt and carb intake, the salt intake is in particular probably going to be your biggest enemy. When you are water loading, it needs to be cut then also ideally, you essentially minimise salt as close to zero from the onset of the water cut, which includes the water loading stage. The carbohydrate cutting helps as glycogen holds water as I'm sure you know so depleting your glycogen stores can also help shed excess water. A tip about the water you drink as well, try deionised water.

Maybe try Specific Carbohydrate Diet? I shed all my fat and water when I was on it. I was literally muscle, bones and skin (but I dieted couple of months. You just exclude all grains, starches and sugars, but you can eat all the protein/meat, fat, nuts, veggies and fruits. I'm not a bodybuilder, though, so I don't know how it would be for you. So just FYI. All the best to you

can you not text on your phone while doing the food challenges? i feel like you're focusing more on your phone then the challenges so the viewers won't feel like you're doing a challenge you know what i mean? we want to see you enjoying/struggling your challenges put all your focus on them and not on your phone.

Matt you are stressing about your weight too much man. I am a weightlifter and I cut from 88kg to 85kg, by only doing a water cut. You will be able to lose the weight no problem. If you have to take a hot bath the night before the meet you can, but you should be fine.

In my experience sodium intake has considerably more impact on short-term body weight than total carbohydrate or calorie intake. Cereal, bread etc. has a lot more sodium than many might guess. That sandwich alone was close to 1500mg.

if u want to be as strong as u can, don't cut. ur not a fat power lifter, so who cares? ur never gonna be top due to u not using testosterone, (only you know that) so just enjoy the progress and chill out

This video couldn't have come at a better time as I need to drop a few kgs for my first powerlifting competition and the weight is not shifting, so I am slightly panicking. Great video though: )

That horrible word 'cardio' is just not in your vocabulary is it haha. 1 hour spin bike a day mate would help with weight less, especially with your metabolism you'll be shredded
