Thank you so much for this video! Its timing was perfect! I'm a swimmer, and I've been training so hard for the past few months for a meet I had a few days ago. I've been beating everyone in my team most of the time. However, when it came to the meet, I was nervous. My teammates beat me, even though they put less work than me. I was so far from the times I was expected to get. So, I've been trying to figure out how to change my mindset for future meets and I just happened to stumble upon this video! I learned that I needed confidence. Even though I was the most prepared for the meet, I didn't trust my training, therefore I failed. Thank you so much for helping me realize this!

Im a Mexican triathlete and this weekend Im going through the estatales (we call them the estatales in Mexico, its basically the pass to go to the olympiadas, which isnt related to the actual olympics but thats the pass to do a iron man) Im really good runner and cycler but I suck at swimming and today at 4 Im having the swim meet. IM SOOO NERVOUS CAUSE IF I DONT QUALIFY FOR SWIMMING I WONT EVEN HAVE A CHANCE TO RUN!

Thanks for the very encouraging video, I needed that big time. I have been swimming for sometimes now after taking swimming lessons. I can do the front and back stroke and breast stroke, and I go to the deep end of the pool too but when I swim in the deep end I get butterflies in my stomach.
So next time I will practice what I learned from video. Thank you so much.

I am on the gymnastics team and I am nervous to fall of the beam in front of the judges but I just think to myself that if I mess up on any of the events that if you mess up you didn't fail, it just wasn't your day. No matter how much you fall walk away from it like the queen or king that you are!

Im a martial artist and the camaraderie between members of a dojos community is incredible, so theres huge pressure at tournaments to do well for both yourself and often even more importantly your dojo, I think this will help me a lot: )

I know that none of you will see this. I have a football game tomorrow and it is my first one ever. I feel so unprepared, my parents are watching and I dont want to embarrass myself. Wish me luck.

Im a rhythmic gymnast and I have a competition today, I advise everyone to turn your nervousness into energy by making yourself feel excited about the competition. Good luck!

I find that it's ok to come last, you're facing people who've trained to their limit like you for the competition so it's ok!
