Is it really possible to get nice thicker toned legs at home? I've been thinking of joining a gym just for this one particular reason but I'm scared to death because I've never stepped foot in a gym. Ever. So it's kinda intimidating and I don't want to look like a tourist not knowing what machines do what and how to use them. I'm in Los Angeles, would you recommend any good none intimidating gyms?

Hey love your videos, I wanted to ask a question. Recently I have been having pain in my right knee so I was wondering do you have a full workout or some recommendations that will take the pressure off my knee and apply it to my glutes for some Lifting action?
