Hi everyone
I'm looking for opinion about exercise and good looking. My roomate (we are both girls) is few inches taller than me. She rarely doesn't exercise, but she looks thinner and more muscular than me. I don't think that she has a better diet either. My question is why she looks better without effort while I'm trying as much as I can?

Thank you AmyJo. Enjoyed this work. May I suggest that you work on your kettle bell form? If you cannot execute it properly best to leave it out.
