Hi Susan, love your workout videos and the AthleanXX. One challenge I face in following along is that there often aren't regressions of the exercises you show. Can you show regression exercises for roll-back squats and for the heli-hold? Thanks!

I like it, something I can do at home being I'm a 1st time mom. I gained a lot of weight from my pregnancy and my arms are one. I now have this under arm flab and I would love to know what workouts can help tighten that fat.

omg I couldn't lift my butt off the chair! I'm looking forward to getting that strong. i felt it in my and just sitting and lifting my knees up and straightening my legs!
