Thin and lean thighs are NOT I repeat NOT hers! Thin and lean thighs don't have a bunch of OR muscle! Thin thighs means you don't have big Burke thighs unlike hers! And everybody else who says they got slim thighs. And calves! Hhhh. :(

But your thighs are big and bulky - you look like a power lifter. Why would anyone who wanted to acwive slim legs follow your advice. This video should be used as a perfect example of ' what NOT to do' and you as proof of that.

Hey, Amy Jo! How firm do you keep your BOSU? I keep blowing mine up, and it keeps going flat on one side. I'll have to look for a hole somewhere. Is a BOSU? with a deflated spot doing me any good?
