That is very true, you can condition your body so its not carving sugar. I did it, I allow myself some cheat day and I am surprised how things I craved dont taste the same, arent so tasty lol. but my nutrition question is, how many fruits actually we can eat on evenings? Are fruits on evening meal good idea? I feel like on evenings, especially when I work out in the afternoon, I just need some grapes. Forget supper, veggies ect, I carve fruits at the end of day.

whenever you have sugar cravings, do this. Tea spoon honey, one scoop of whey ( i use vanilla), 50 gm oats (not the chocolate ones ), half banana, hand full of almonds chopped, some frozen or fresh berries. and mixed all with 100 gm low fat joghurt, and 100 ml low fat milk!

I've never had much of a sweet tooth until I hit menopause this yr. My sweet tooth has went through the roof. I too feel like I'm hungry all the time. I just started working out again & I know that will make it worse.

I'm going through this journey right now. I replaced my regular sugar with stevia in my coffee and will work on other things.
