Thank you so much for this video, it has made me love spinning. But could you please, please, please, please. please, please make a longer class? I've done this 2 times straight, but I honestly have to say that the second time around I am not as engaged as I am the first round.

Question - on the last set with the hill climb right into a sprint, at what level should the sprint be at? I know the hill climbs are 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 should the sprints be at the same levels? Always unsure because I see the instructor changing the tension going into the sprints.

First time following an instructor and I loved it! Just got a NordicTrack bike and wondering if you have any recommendations in a more comfy seat. My booty hurts sooo bad on this standard one. Please keep posting these! Ur rad!

I REALLY like your spin workout. the workout was good but what I like most is YOU! You lead us through it without being too cheerleader-y. Very RARE! Music wasn-t annoying either. PLEASE do more!

Your form on the bike is so bad! Hunched back, shoulders up, head down. Not a great example to beginner spinners! Otherwise great workout.

Thank you, perfect for me. I need to strengthen my knees for a forthcoming surgery, so this is ideal. Plus keep my cardio in shape.
