Thanks for this! When I was in my 30's [way back in the 80's] I was a gym rat 6 days/week and back then we weren't as knowledgeable as people are now. I followed Rachel McLish's routine then which worked well for me. Had a serious knee injury [not related to exercise] and various stressors so just fell out of it for, gulp, 30 years and yes, that mean's I'm an old broad and retired, lol. Now I'm finally able to 'get back to it' and am very grateful for muscle memory and my ability to build strength again. Your video here is perfect after decades of a desk job and trying to figure out how best to fix it. Thank you so much!

So I'm. looking for good seated, or laying down set of workouts. I currently have planter fasciitis. I'm doing the stretches recommended in Athlean XX video on it, and it is helping. But I need to keep off my feet for workouts currently. Recommendations?

I now a severe case of bad posture; slump, Buffalo hump look and pelvic tilt on one side. I figured out the culprit was the severe separation of my abs muscles after having 4 kids. You can-t use muscles that have separated, my back has paid the price.

Very true. Thanks. Have been looking for solutions to right shoulder / deltoid/ triceps stabbing pain. Leaning on right elbow, sleep on right side. Went to physio, did rotator cuff exercises.
Wonder if this is related? Pains in right hip too

This is exactly what I-d been looking for (and I-d just commented in your other posture video asking about pelvic tilt) so thank you for having it here already!
