I am so out of shape, starting tomorrow. I drive a semi, take doubles apart, pulling dollies. I am down 20 lbs 140 lbs. I really need toning and more strength. Ty can I take you to the gym. Lol wish me luck. Are you on fb?

Is this a Chloe Ting workout? Those outside -tricep- extensions are one of the dumbest exercises ever. Clearly someone doesnt know how gravity works, because it's all bicep.
