
Buff couple workout - superhero plan stage 2 day 4 - Buff Dudes

I was doing similar workouts 20 odd years ago when I was doing personal training
Fast forward I updated that type of workout
I combined it with a eating plan of protein very low carbs.
Do 10 mins of cardio with my heart rate around 80% to 90%
Then I combine 3 exercises with no rest between each one, every exercises I do 1mins and 80 secs
Do the cardio again and repeat till I finish the workout

A lot of workout videos have dubstep, electronic music or some sort of house as background music. You guys are of the few that put some proper guitars and rock in it.
What would you think about putting a link to the music in the video description. Spotify or some other source where you got it. That way I can make my own workout even more Buff!

I have said it before and ill say it again thanks for these videos! My girlfriend has wanted to get strong for a long while but didnt know how to start as a tiny girl. These vids give her the drive and knowledge to do it!

Could you guys do a workout series -an injured persons guide to working out-. I have a bad back and I-m not allowed to move weight over head or pick up weight from the ground, so half the workouts I usually do are gone.

One of my goals is to do 100 push ups non stop. I am 45 and I can get 30 reps out. Any thoughts or tips for one of your older viewers? Hit the gym more? Thanks -
