Shoulders & traps - dumbbell only workout - Buff Dudes Эльвира: -Moving to a smaller home where I won-t have room for a large dumbbell rack anymore. Replaced the whole rack with this adjustable set. The handle diameter is a little bigger than my old dumbbells --bestgym. equipment-- - I only really notice it when I do farmers walks with heavy weight. I do not have the stand but am considering that for the future. These work as expected. -

I have been doing a lot of these (minus the shrugs, but my issue is that my traps are growing, and my shoulders are not. - I went back to lighter weights to try to concentrate on shoulders only and keep the traps from picking up the extra work getting the movement going. Any other suggestions?

-Hang Clean Press - 4 Sets - 12 Reps
-Scott Press - 4 Sets - 12 Reps
-Windmill Press - 4 Sets - 12 Reps (each side)
-Front- Lateral- Reverse Raise - 4 Sets - 10 Reps (Each)
-Shrugs - 4 Sets - 12 Reps
-Weighted Crunches - 3 Sets - 25 Reps

How about a Barbell/rack only workout? When gyms shut down, Like lot of people trying to put together a home gym, I bought a rack, adjustable bench and barbell set, but dumbells are crazy expensive, so I got that and resistance bands.

I happened to do a shoulder workout today and i found that starting my exercises with resistance band exercise gets my muscles ready properly. I didnt feel too much strain from range of motion or shoulder grinding. It is worth a try.

So when I've finished this phase what would you guys reccomend I do next? Should I just continue to cycle thru the last phase and keep adding more weight? I only have dumbbells so I cant go on to any of your guys other plans

These are great! All I have here is these dumbbells and a tiny space and I am doing these right away. Clear instruction, NO WASTED DISTRACTING CHATTER - I HAVE A. D. D. and I can follow this EASY!

I throw a little calf raise in with the shrug just for the double burn and because my calves are a disgrace ---
Few more weeks of buff dudes tho and ill be on my way ---

I did this last night and now struggle to raise my arms in the air! - Usually I do back and shoulders together, never done a whole session just on shoulders before
