Half Kneeling Stability Press (5: 32) mac: Hi I've had chriopractor, MRI, now I have physiotherapy I can walk a little after a nights sleep but then my lower back spasms start. I can't seem to walk normally as I have the strangest gait. What's stopping me from walking normally? I don't have a problem with exercises. All the muscles above my buttock are sore like a dull ache. I get no leg pain or stiffness in legs. I'm using an exercise bike which doesn't get pain I'm ok cycling

Great exercises. I had APT all the time I remember myself. I have sedentary work and love working out. Have my own home gym. Recently started working out after long break. The next day after squats my back started to hurt a lot. Quads shortened and made my pelvic tilt even worse, causing back spasms. Thanks God I found this video. After a few sessions my pain is almost gone. Thanks.

MIXED feelings. ---
For someone With ATP some excercis are good and some rubbish.
As there are no tips and disciption just pure music everybody can actually create more pain by conducting any single excercise WRONG and in consequence have more pain.

I've been looking for exercises for absolutely this problem. My physical therapist doesn't want me doing crunches, squats or lunges. I think she's kind of crazy, but I've been listening just in case she's not crazy. Thank you so very much for this! -

Aren't the hamstrings already over stretched because of APT? The pelvis tilting forward pulls on the hamstrings. Stretching them more will surely result in an injury.

you are doing alot of hip flexion, wont that be contradictory to anterior pelvic tight and infact cause more hip flexor tightness and anterior pelvic tilt?

i had major back surgery 30 years ago and have constant back pain would they help yes i do train but the best i can thanks
