The information in your videos, and how you present it had been so refreshing on a subject with too many misleading claims, and out right lies.
Being a fan makes this video all the more disappointing.
The TITLE IS A LIE.
Exercise can help you lose weight by burning more calories than you consume. Exercise can help you lose fat, again by burning more calories than you consume.
No exercise can target a specific area of fat, and stating that it can is such a let down.

I'm from South Africa and these are most excersises we do on aerobics classes of which I recognise most of our mistakes comparison to you
The impact, the form and the intensity we not even close
It's more of jiving and dancing that's why we don't see any results.

If one is fit, one can do anything. But it really does not help to pretend that unfit people can do anything: they can't.
