I love these! You are so creative and easy to follow! I am trying to put together workout lists for traveling. I would LOVE it if you have any other strength-based moves that can be done in a tiny space! I do a lot of weight training and I am afraid I will lose muscle mass while traveling soon for 12 days! No access to gyms. Thank you so much!

you are brilliant-I love following your workouts with ideas for my pilates classes I am a physiotherapist who trained in pilates to see what I was sending everyone to do for rehabilitation once they finished with me. you keep it different. and sound for the lower back -keep it going and all the best xx

My faves are the Bridge jack and curl, and Trislide ab extensions. Not that all exercises on this video are easy, especially done with high reps. Great alternatives on non-weightlifting days for me. My legs feel like jello: ) Just love Kiwi and that booty band!

On the bent over row - do you alternate the leg stance - 6 and then switch leg for 6 or just alternate between four sets of 12 - 2 with the right in the front and 2 with the left or does it not matter?

I absolutely love your videos. You get to the point and don-t your videos long winded. All your ideas are great and I try a lot of them out in my workouts. I now want to get a slider to use!

You are an inspiration. You make me want to start working out again, and these look fun and challenging. Great video and keep up your hard work. Thanks again for the video/inspiration.

Aww this comes in really handy! I just got myself two pieces of sliders and had no idea what to use them other than doing lunges lol. thanks for the video! Big thumbs up!

Your videos are just great, you really need to add the reps or duration or something. Because catching up with video is quite the task

Great video, thanks Cori! Never underestimate -the power- of a little bit of elastic and a couple of plastic discs (or triangles): D

LOVE THE UNIQUE EXERCISES! Does the T-sit up focus on the rear delt and/or rhomboids? Does the side lying slide focus on lat?
