I found this video to be just the right amount of difficulty until it got to the jack knives at the end.
Unless you are strong enough to hold perfect form while doing the jack knives, do them on your elbows or not at all. My right shoulder collapsed during the last few while following the video and it's been very painful the last few days. I'll be seeing a doctor about it pretty soon.

I know I missed my chance with the limited quantity of the muffin tops are for muffins only tanks, but I NEED ONE! I'm commenting to inquire if you could maybe possibly pretty please make some more? I've been wanting to buy one for so long now and I know how fast they went before. I'm kind of obsessed with those shirts and with muffins. Oops. Thanks a bunch! You're wonderful

Hi, Cassie! I felt burn throughout my outer hips and butt while doing the side planks, but i didn't really feel the abs. I'm afraid, i did something wrong. Could you tell me whether it is fine to feel burn in hips and butt doing this workout? And is the beginner version effective ( 'cause the advanced one is the way too hard for me, but someday i'm going to make it)

I broke my left leg a few years ago and I still have mobility issues when I bend to the right and it grinds my bones together. For the first workout portion will it still be proper to just sit on my knees rather than doing the leg stretch? it's just so painful but I really would like to do the exercise: ( Are there any other alternatives to get the same results?

No offence but this video is too hard unless you are some kind of PIlates expert. Well a beginner/intermdiate can do those moves but i doubt they're able to do them correctly. And if you don't do them correctly it can actually be very damaging for your body. I love all of her other videos but i guess this one's just a little bit too hard.

Melissa, I feel your pain, this July work out is killer! I've found myself substituting moves for the ones I can't do- for example, the pike ups, I'll try for as long as I can, then do bicycles or something until I feel rested enough to try some more. Some movement is better than no movement! We can do this. :-)

I can't do this video: '( I finished the beginner's calendar and found it was fairly easy but when I moved onto the July calendar it is killing me, and only on day 3. I'm trying to not give up, but can't do the moves, maybe a few reps then I can't move. Will I ever get strong enough to?

for some reason i think i have a wrist problem and i dont know what to do because whenever i go on my side for the hip dippers or anything that had to do with my wrist, my wrist hurts SO bad! and i dont want to go on my knees because its too easy. HELP! :(

Did anyone else got really nauseated doing that move after the candle tipper? I was doing fine (before this video I did the ABC abs and lower belly flattener videos alright, until I did this move and almost threw up! Don't know what happened!
