I'm in love with awesomesauce arms and vs angel arms workouts! I love how sore my arms feel from them! Can you do more of these types of arm workouts that target all parts of my arms and the shoulders using dumbells? Make it burn real good Cassey! I love it when you use weights in your workouts in general. It makes it super challenging: )

Anyone else underweight and trying to gain weight? I've gained about 10 lbs over the last few months, but I still have a few to gain. What I'm doing with the workout calendar is basically skipping most of the pure cardio workouts like the 5 minute fat burner. I just don't want to lose any weight! I'm doing everything else though.

I have been doing your videos for months now and i have seen so much improvement u helped me get rid of all my baby fat after both my kids and kept me strong and pushing on i love u and ur videos make me more confident. Cassey, I love this video, I do, it targets the arms very well, but I've been doing it since it came out and I know it by heart now! Can you please do more arm videos that totally targets the entire arm, preferably with weights, like this one really, just some other moves and you saying new things, for variation!

I used 2 1kg dumbells (one in each hand) and I felt nothing until Minute 12 where tricep toning started. Do I have to use heavier weights or do I have to train my triceps harder?
I don't have toned arms AT ALL so I am wondering why it was quite easy. Please tell me

I injured my foot badly yesterday. not while doing workouts lol. but I started doing the FABruary calendar and I'm so upset. all I can do is some ab and arm workout but no cardio at all. :( and that will stay that wayfor nearly 2 months! I'm so pissed right now.

just completed day 2 of #rocktober, doing one of the tricep extensions I hit myself in the head with my 2. 3 kg dumbbell and man. that shiz hurts xD I have a bump now but the way my arms feel makes it all worth it! Good luck with everyone else doing today's workouts

Omg! I finally did this entire video, even the advanced pushups at the end without stopping! Before Blogilates I could barely do a pushups and now I can do this! Thank you Cassey for making me, and everyone else stronger! :)
