Sculpted Legs in Skinny Leggings Workout - Blogilates Saher: hiiiii casey. 1st of all thnxx loaddd loadssss. i just love u. ur videos. ur activewear. just evrythng. i gt all postives vibes frm u. am frm india. 25yrs old. my weight was 64kg. so strtd to eat clean exrcise. do cardio strength training etc. within 6mnths i lost 6kgs. nw i am 58. 5 kgs. my waist is 33inches. i have soo many girls who weight 60 kgs. but with no muffin top or fat flabby tire around their waist. know spot training us not possible. bt cassey plz plzzz help me with my tummy i want to reduce it upto 28 inches atleast. am losing weight. getting toned arms. my height is 155cm. and i consume 1500calories per day. i have studies alot abt nutritions n alwts count my calorie intake. plz cassey plz need ur help. i dont want abs. i just want a flat tummy and get rid of flabby tire around my waist. in 6mnth of diet n exercise i have just decreases 1 inch from my tummy. plz help me. i would like to add one more thinv that am facing this fat roll on my tummy since i ws 10yrs old. i got my puberty at age of 11yrs bt 1 year before i started gaining tummy fat. plz do reply cassey. i share ur video wid loads of my frnds n they love it. plz reply.

Out of the four workouts of todays Calendar, this was the hardest for me (11/11/2017. I had to stop twice during the first exercise and was able to do like 90% of it. The second one was terrible xD I had to stop 3 times and I did 70% of it. I was expecting the leg circles to be a piece of cake, but they were actually the worst for me. I had to stop a couple of times and I did 60% of them. I did the rest of the exercises perfectly, but gosh. that was a killer (btw, I write how I do the exercise so that I can compare the results when I do the videos again: 3)

Cassey you are a monster.
Why?
Todays workout calendar, Feb 2, 2019, a wonderful, sunny, and glorious Saturday, she makes us do the worst calf toning video (quick burn calves its HORRIBLE) and THEN after that horrendous video, she makes us do this!
Why is it horrible?
The first two moves of this video require strong strong STRONG calves.
My calves couldnt even STAND on my tiptoes after that last video!
but. you know.
I still love you Cassey. Pushing me past my limits to the point standing on my tiptoes seems impossible

I used to be pretty fit and this workout was relatively easy for me. Last year and this year have been difficult with me due to injuries in a car accident, a bad break-up, problems with my cat, my dog passing away, moving, and my grandfather passing away. It has been difficult exercising on a consistent basis and to eat healthier. I'm trying to get healthier again! I just can't compare myself to how strong I used to be.

How do you expect people to maintain proper form if you don't let them rest for even 10 seconds? Not everyone's on the same fitness level as you, Cassie. Half of the people doing this probably can't even lift their leg high enough during circlethons. Not everyone here is a fitness guru who's been working out for 5 years+. You should take note of that.

I think before doing this, everyone should know that Casey does ten more reps on one leg during the Bulgarian squats. I suggest doing all the reps she does on both legs on only one leg, maybe with a little rest in between and then do them on the other leg. That way you'll work your legs evenly and it'll get a bit more challenging: )

Lmao I used my spinny chair at first then immediately switched to holding onto to the cupboard for dear life. First move already killed my calves and my butt was aching from the leg circles, and the first Bulgarian leg squat wasn't so bad and went quite fast but it felt like 10 x longer on the other leg

hi Cassey u are an awesome person, Thanx a zillion for sharing this workout with us, I have a hour glass body shape & I really wanna have skinny legs however since I have a big butt I have big thighs as well what workout would u recommend for people like us with hour glass shape

During the diamond squats my knees were clicking each time I went down, then during the Elvis's my hips were going click, clack. Bit of a worry. No pain. Just a lot of noise. I think I'm giving away my age here. Thanks Cassie, luv it all.

my calfs are big, and during the elvis's (just before she goes down and up) my calfs would cramp up and feel like just before they become charlie horses. does anyone else have that problem or is it just me?
