Yes you need protein and carbs. Protein helps rebuild muscle tissue and carbs are your body's chief source for energy. Both of these things are necessary after a workout because your body needs energy and protein to heal and strengthen your muscles.

I completely agree about the trader joes sriracha! Our family usually goes through a bottle within a month, but the trader joes one has been sitting in our fridge forever. And that is the coolest phone case ever! :D

My mom got Sriracha from Trader Jo's too and I can describe it in one word. NASTY! Like you, I'm really into spicy foods and all that. But it just tasted awful, I couldn't even look at my pho without wanting to puke.

all i noticed in this from far away in beginning was the tomato soup. the trader joe tomato soup is the best soup in the world. i love it! sooooo good! mmmm. im going to eat some now lol
