I love donuts. They make me so happy. I'm going to show you my updated healthy donut recipe which utilizes ingredients you probably already have in your pantry! Super easy to make. Here are the ingredients: Dough: 3/4 cup oat flour 1/2 ripe banana, mashed 2 eggs 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon sea salt Pinch of stevia Frosting: 3 tablespoons vanilla Greek yogurt 1/2 ripe banana, mashed 2 teaspoons powdered zero-calorie sweetener (or a pinch of stevia) 1 teaspoon beet powder Method: - Preheat oven to 325F. - Coat a regular 6-serving doughnut pan with cooking spray. - In a bowl, using beaters, add the oat flour, banana, eggs, honey and oil and mix until well incorporated. Add the vanilla, baking soda, salt and stevia and mix briefly to incorporate. - Spoon into doughnut pan and bake for about 9 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Don't overbake or they'll dry out. Let cool. - Using a whisk and bowl or a mini blender, add the frosting ingredients and stir/process until completely smooth. - Frost doughnuts with frosting, and serve. Top with coconut, sprinkles, goji berries, dried fruit or mini chocolate chips, if desired. Nutrition Info per donut: Calories: 147 Protein: 5g Fat: 5g Net Carbs: 18. 5g Fiber: 2g

Cassey absolutely love your recipes! I was wondering if you would find it interesting to do a lactose/Milk free series for people who are lactose intolerant. Things like smoothies or like the glaze without the yogurt or something would be cool. But what if you took us from breakfast all the way to dessert (snacks included lol) and it was lactose or milk free. It would be much appreciated for probably a lot of popsters out there! Especially this one. Thanks Cassey!

I'm only 11 and I do the 2. 0 calendar, and I know I'm probably not the oldest, but your videos make me so happy! I'm a gymnast, and I love yoga. I'm too young to do it, but my record of holding my headstand is 4: 30! I love my body, and I love you so much! You are who I want to be one day! PLEASE READ!

OMG these look delicious! Is there any way you can make a healthy rice crispy treat? You know with the marshmallows. Those are soo good and i can't seem to resist them! The gooeyness is amazing! I just don't know how you would make that, but i am sure you can!

What if I don't have a donut maker thingy? Do you think this could work in a mini omelette pan? Lol like I'm seriously thinking about it cuz these look so good

Reccomendation: if you are lactose intolerant and not allergic to nuts. I would skip the icing and top it with natural nut butter for an extra protein boost.
