I'm very into interpreting dreams, sometimes dreams mean the opposite of what they are, so for example sometimes if we dream of death it signifies birth and the opposite can also be true. In your case dreams of water normally represent emotions and dreams of melting represent letting go. If in the dream the water did not feel comfortable for you or was too hot/ suffocating it could mean someone in your life or some repressed emotion was making you feel this way it could be about a person in particular or just in general. In the opposite sense it could also mean that your emotions are too overwhelming for other people and very literally melting them. Other than that if the dream is straightforward it means that you are letting go of toxic or suffocating situations or people. Think about how you felt in the dream and what emotions came up as everything happened. Were you mostly scared, amuzed, uneasy or just didn't care? Are you scared of letting go of particular stressful situations or people in your life? Dreams are easier to interpret when we fully understand the whole person and everything around them sometimes they are only a way the mind has to relieve stress and we have to experience them like that hahaha I hope you are doing well Cassey, and don't mind the haters. ahhhh man so I recently went with my mom and sister to the gym. first time. and honestly I loved my sweatpants and my outfit in general but I have to say it wasn't as comfortable as id like it to be. I wish sweatpants were a bit more high waisted and tighter around the waist. slippery but at the same time dont slide off. what I mean is that they're easy to get on and keep on. and oh man. don't even get me started on sports bras. its so hard to find ones that stay tight no matter how much you wear them. I hate it when mine get worn out and start sagging. so padded, tight and, remain-tight bras are what I've always wanted. I think the designs you give your bras are super gorgeous btw! you're so pretty and just so amazing, keep it uppp cassieeeee!

Cassey, watching this video and listening to how you felt about the ridiculous comment about yourself for some reason made me tear up. I totally understand what that feels like. People just dont know how to accept that some other people can be really chirpy and bubbly. You inspire me everyday to be a better person. Please dont let silly people bring you down. Cassey, I need to tell you that do NOT let them put you down because that person is jealous and if they don't like you then get lost its not as if you are forcing them to watch it and I love how positive you are and it keeps people going The only reason someone would say that is because they are jealous and you know what You are awesome k and don't let anyone put you down! I just thought what about ask volunteers of different sizes to try how it fits and how to make it fit better for their size?

I think people are just jealous! They haven't taken the time to actually do your videos. Anyone who does your videos and loves fitness will know they've found an amazing instructor! My friend and I just started doing your workouts and they are amazing! So sore so you know its working: ) Having a bubbly personality some people find it annoying or your faking it because no one can be that happy (lol I've had someone say this) In the end they're just jealous i think!

I would love to see more neutral colors (marled grays) in your collections. Love the fits especially the shrug. Also pictures of the products just laying flat and not on a model would be an easy way to see the product on its own without other pieces and accessories if that makes any sense. I really love these videos Casey! A lot of the time people focus on what health aesthetically looks like. What the shape of your body is. I really like that you include the emotional and mental parts of health and how they can be just as important as the physical. Each part works together to make one healthy person and to be just happy with yourself. I'm bubbley too so don't worry!

Hi Cassey, you said that for the next collection you want clothes that are more fit in the waist and breast area, but I would really like if you did clothes (shirts especially) that are more loose and breathable. I know that I can find shirts like that everywhere but your designes are beaustiful and I thought it would be incredble if you could do this too. Thank you

You are amazing in every thing you do and so strong mentally and physically!
