A year later I am still doing this with many of your other workouts. Started with the glute challenges and now I religiously do your workouts. I wish I could tell you how incredible these workouts are for a busy workin mama. Aside from my cardio with my kiddo in a stroller I can only fit in workouts after he goes to bed at night and these have been critical for me toning up. Thank you for your videos, your energy, and your amazing-ness!

If any of you need modifications, here's what I did!
Exercise 1: Don't do the leg raises just keep lifting/dropping and pulsing, and step out wider along with Cassey
Exercise 2: Lie on your side rather than doing the moves in the side plank-like stance. You can prop your head up with your elbow on the ground, and use your other hand to stabilise yourself.

Ok two things about this video. one, what the hell was that middle part, I have been doing your videos for 4 months almost every day now and that hurt SO bad, Im not even sure I was even moving my leg at the end there. and two, oh my god I want to buy your outfit its so beautiful and cute oh my god take my money

ok before I delete this otherwise great workout, 2 commercials interrupting the workout is too much and in the ones where you're on one hand and circling, lifting etc. you do one leg way more than the other. I'm happy I have a lot of other workouts of your Casey to choose from. Thank you

Is there a modified version of the grasshopper or am I just supposed to keep trying until I can lift higher? I've never done a move like that so it's really difficult and I don't feel like I'm doing much with my little struggle lifting, lol.

I could't do grasshoppers to save my life, it hurt my hip bones? Or maybe my yoga mat is too worn but it hurt not the right area to do those, and my upper body kept trying to lift up. Maybe as I do this video more I will be able to.

Ok but just wondering. how can you trust someone with a flat ass to helpyou grow a booty? She's been working out over ten years and she has a pancake. Ha she hit plateau or smth? I don't get it.
