8 MUST DO ABS Exercises for Flat Stomach and Strong Abs - All Levels - Home Workout No Equipment - getfitbyivana Wes: Dude here, done this everyday for a month now, i'm basically just barely skinnyfat, but when i flex theres now a visible line tracing the center of my abs, that is however, only with the right lighting conditions. Just thought i'd post this for those curious of the efficacy of this workout
UPDATE: 2 months in
Can see my upper 4 abs now which is exactly what I was looking for. Overall posture has improved tremendously. But 1 big mistake I've made has been doing this routine 6 days a week, which was fine at the start, but now I'm actually struggling to do the workouts due to fatigue.
If you plan on doing this routine, I'd say go for 3x a week, not 6 so as to allow your body enough time to recover.
Update 3: 3rd month
I have a FLAT tummy and my abs are growing more and more. -

Hi Ivana thanks for all your efforts for motivating us to get us beautiful like you. I am already working on your - full body fat burn 10 mins- My goal is to look slim and toned like you, I also want my arms, belly etc look toned like you as well. Now which of your work out could you recommend to achieve my goals in all those areas. I have normal body weight, but I don-t look slim like protruding/ hanging belly, little bit flabby arm, some bra fat and some fat around waist. Right now all I am working on is your - 20 mins full body fat burn- 4-5 days a week.

Crazy that there are three ads this video! Is this something the content creators choose? It's irritating to have to skip THREE ads while trying to work out, makes me want to find someone else without all the ads.
