Sooo. I can squat heavy in the gym, leg press the weight of 2 huge men. but somehow I can barely make it through 5min of this video haha. I finished the workout with 20+ mini breaks. Better luck next time: D I will try more of your workouts. The only problem I have is with my joints, that's why I avoid any cardio, pilates or quick movements. When doing the scissors on the floor or doing the cirlces, my hips were popping, crackling and it caused me a lot of pain, so I did very small circles.

Me: god give me whole power in the universe to get through this workout and then I did
Jokes apart but if Casey didn't make this interesting by her talking to us and constantly telling us to focus I would have given up much earlier in this workout.

I can't really do the first half of this workout as well as I would have liked: \ my knees start burning when I'm holding a squat or doing pulses. I can normally do any type of squat just fine, but the pulsing and the holding really burn out my knees and I'm not sure why. Makes doing this workout a bit of a bummer bc I don't feel like I've done the exercise right

I love your videos! I have been a fan for awhile. the past two videos though I have noticed cussing. I usually have my children with me and they like to do pilates as well. well their version haha. but I was shocked when hearing the cussing. I haven't experienced this before with your videos. Can I suggest not using the explicit versions?

Besides the obvious (that I love youre workouts and theyve helped me through IT band syndrome and cross training to run again) can I just ask where you got this mat from? I LOVE it and took the time to look through as many comments as I could to try and find an answer. Any chance you could post?

Seroiusly this was the best thigh workout I've ever done. I can really feel my muscles burn. It hurts like hell but it was so so good. Thanks to you Cassey working out is so much funI'm sweating like. Yeah it's too much but I want to continue and do another great workout from you!

my god this workout is incredibly thigh shaking and its 2nd day of this workout and i am shaking when i am walking but i really like your workout if sometimes i want something intense i simply open your page thats what your workouts are. thank you for this workout

I've been doing your Bikini Body Pilates leg workout daily and just discovered this page! I love it! I'm 42 and my legs never looked (or felt) better! I can run and hike and I just FEEL different and awesome! Thank you for being fun and inspiring Cassie!
