Having ads during the video was definitely not ideal. It says at home, but doesn't mention anything about the step you were using, which most people don't have at home. And the same song playing on repeat the whole time. Not a fan!

I did this workout one time and went in. it was very hard to stand for a few days hahah but my butt got wider (in a good way) right away.
