10 HOME EXERCISES To Lose BELLY FAT In a Month - No Equipment Workout - getfitbyivana laila: i tried this in the summer, gave up. but i definitely had seen a huge difference! starting up for the next five months and targeting my summer body. gonna do this twice a day along with an arm workout and bubble butt of my choice. day one- felt the burn and was struggling a bit, def feel amazing afterwards tho.
Day 2: Deffinetly can hold these workouts for way longer and got me to a pretty nice light sweat.

So I-m starting this- I have already been on my bike everyday and have lost 8 pounds in less than a week I-m only 12 and weighing 165 pounds and now I-m 157 so ima see if this works wish me well!

Im 14, and 6'1. I weigh 219 exactly. I will be doing this for a month and seeing how it goes! I did the first round just now and dang are my legs dead. wish me luck? haha

I don-t have a scale so I-ll go off my waist measurements and physical results- started May 31st

I've been really sick this past year I lost weight everywhere except my belly. I would love to lose that weight and regain muscle mass!

Been doing this exercise and cardio as in treadmill for 1 month lost 10 pounds! & Bretman-s absolutely not ab workout

Doing this but not switching up to eating healthy, cutting down on meals though, will update yall inna couple weeks
