Wilson you are such a legand. I hope you se this, because you changed my life. Last time I got bullied since I was a bit chubby, so I started doing ur workouts and I lost a ton of weight alll because of you. You probably won-t see this but if you do just remember. Your a legand and everyone loves you. You aren-t like any other workouts video. You are the best! Keep it up. You legend

Didn't like this at all. Music incredibly annoying, no verbal instruction/encouragement, rests between exercises way too long, exercises unnecessarily convoluted with modifications that made them way less intense

Bruh this is some high quality follow up I have been doing this for only once a week and saw some major fat loss it may look overwhelming and hard but will be worth it in the end-

Seems like you have increased speed at plank up pike walk. Please don't do that to make it fit in the 30 seconds window, it becomes difficult to follow.

Timer sound would be helpful instead of music. I am following along and need to look at the screen to see 30 sec is up. a little annoying

Yet screw it imma do these 2 times a day. I'm not fat however, I go to the gym. Just my bottom 2 packs aren't showing up.
